--No, at this time I do not accept rush orders. All orders will be done in the order that they are received.
-Do you ship internationally?
--I only ship to the US and Canada. I do not have international shipping set up because my items are usually large and heavy and shipping is costly already in the states.
-Is shipping really that high?
--Well, that depends. It's based off of weight and how far you are from me. BUT, I do search for the lowest shipping rate possible and refund any overages once shipped.
-Do you do custom requests?
--Well, that depends. If there is something listed in the shop and you want custom colors, then yes! Just add your color choices to the notes at checkout. If you want something similar to something in the shop, but not exactly the font or size, just ask. Usually I can make those requests. If you want something not seen in the shop, unfortunately no.
- I see something I want, but can I have a different color?
-Yes, just message me in the Contact us page or at email@example.com with your color choices.
-When will I receive my order?
--My current processing time is 2 weeks. I will never go over the 3 week processing time on any order. My processing time does not include shipping time.
-What forms of payment do you accept?
--We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
--No. Sorry at this time the only pieces that can be picked up are custom made furniture.
- My package was damaged during shipping. What do I do?
-- Was your packaged shipped Priority Mail?
If yes, then your package was insured for the amount of your order. You, as the customer, have to file a claim with them directly. Give them the information listed on your shipping label. Please note, it takes 15 - 30 days to receive a full refund. While I do stand by my products and insure that they leave here in perfect condition, I cannot say the same for the USPS.
